The starting principle

The customer may not always be right. However, the customer is always FIRST.

Attention. Dignity. First-class service. A standard your team can practice together.

Inside the curriculum

More than a statement
on the wall.

Ten pillars connect service principles with discussion, realistic situations, and guided practice. These are actual pages from the materials.

Read the principle. Discuss the decision. Practice a response. Choose what to do differently.

Explore the ten pillars
  1. The customer may not always be right. However, the customer is always FIRST.
  2. Respect is the foundation of service.
  3. Set and respect boundaries.
  4. Give a little. Then give a little more.
  5. A salesperson’s best friend is the left ear.
  6. Know your product.
  7. Do not pretend to know everything.
  8. Learn today. Learn tomorrow. If you wake up again, learn yesterday.
  9. Lead by example. If you’re not ready to lead, find a leader to follow.
  10. Know the room.

A practical process

Define it.
Practice it.
Follow through.

Before delivery, we agree on what good service looks like for your team and how to assess it.

  1. Start with a baseline.

Identify the service situations, current habits, and standards that need attention.

  2. Practice observable behavior.

Use scenarios, paired role-play, observation, and manager feedback—not just a presentation.

  3. Agree on follow-up.

Plan 7-day and 30-day checks around best practices, established deliverables, and a future plan of action to ensure consistency and growth.

These are proposed assessment methods. Results depend on delivery, participation, and follow-through; no improvement percentage is promised.
